Three little known facts about St. Patrick's Day:
1. St. Patrick wasn't Irish,He was British and was actually kidnapped at the age of 16 by Irish raiders. He spent 6 years tending to flocks of sheep mostly in solitude in the Irish country side. Some where in this time period is where historians believe he "found religion."
2. St. Patrick incorporated old Irish Pegan beliefs and symbols into his teachings instead of totally eradicating them. Most notably the the circle that is incorporated into the Celtic cross that represents the sun, the Pegans equivalent to the Christians cross.
3. Yes it's a religious holiday. And Lent is waived in honor of it so people are allowed to feast on meat, booze, and all the above.
Three Red Heads (or possibly played one in a movie) I would like to take home:

4. (Honorable Mention) Georgia Salpa, she not a redhead but she is 100% Irish!
Three Best Beer's For St. Patricks Day:
