I Think over again my small adventures.
My Fear,
Those Small ones that seemed so big.
For all the Vital things
I had to get and to reach.
And yet there is only one great thing,
The only Thing.
To live to see the great day that dawns
And the light that fills the world.

Turkish Wah?
Just got back from a Crossfit Kettle Bell Cert. In Bellingham Washington, taught by Jeff Martone. Great class and actually got to see him perform a "Turkish Get Up" with a Human as the weight. Pretty freakin' cool! Below is Jeff lifting another human being.

St. Patricks Day in Three's

Three Movies To Watch:
1. Boone Dock Saints
2. The Boxer
3. The Field
Three Songs to Slam Guinness too:
1. I'm shipping up to Boston, The Dropkick Murphys
2. The Foggy Dew, The Dubliners
3. Whistle the Wind, Flogging Molly (for when you good and emotionally drunk)
4. (Honorable mention) White, Orange and Green. Celtic Souls
Three little known facts about St. Patrick's Day:
1. St. Patrick wasn't Irish,He was British and was actually kidnapped at the age of 16 by Irish raiders. He spent 6 years tending to flocks of sheep mostly in solitude in the Irish country side. Some where in this time period is where historians believe he "found religion."
2. St. Patrick incorporated old Irish Pegan beliefs and symbols into his teachings instead of totally eradicating them. Most notably the the circle that is incorporated into the Celtic cross that represents the sun, the Pegans equivalent to the Christians cross.
3. Yes it's a religious holiday. And Lent is waived in honor of it so people are allowed to feast on meat, booze, and all the above.
Three Red Heads (or possibly played one in a movie) I would like to take home:
1. Alice Eve (It's arguable if she's really a red head but, I don't care she's super hot in "Crossing Over" as the Irish immigrant)
2. Nicole Kidman
3. Kristen Stewart
4. (Honorable Mention) Georgia Salpa, she not a redhead but she is 100% Irish!
Three Best Beer's For St. Patricks Day:
1. Kilkenny, an Irish cream ale (Stomps Guinness as far as I'm concerned)
2. Guinness, Hey it's still really good.
3. Boddingtons
Three Best Liquors on St. Patty's:
1. Jameson's
2. Bushmills
3. What ever your friend buy's you!!!
Happy St. Patrick's everyone! Be safe and call a friend or taxi if you have to many!

Peach Poison
*I Made a smoothie this morning and had a little left over so I poured the remains into a small glass for Kyle. After consuming the glass he quickly sat up and asked "is there peaches in that?" apparently he's allergic. He's now at St. Charles for observation and in good spirits I would like to report. I was a bit nervous when the nurse came out to tell me that "Well... We've stabilized him." See ya in a few hours buddy!

Costal Rehash in a paragraph or less
late start, met up with Jordan and Kristin. Had some Cocktails with my 93 year old grandfather in Eugene. Woke up the next morning to Tsunami talk on the tv and radio as a 8.8 earth quake rocked Chile. Went to the wedding, had crazy good food there and a blast in general. Drove 3 hours back to sea food and wine fest. partied a little with the boys, slept on couch, woke up to Rosch eating potatoe chips at 3am. Drove the coast line with Jordan and Kristin, ate at Moe's, drink a beer on the beach while watching the sunset. watched movie and went to bed. Drove back with J and K as they acted like fuckn' 16 year old's in their first relationship, I vomit in my mouth.
